These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (individually or on behalf of an organization) and Beezifi Inc. ("Beezifi", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the CRM platform, including all associated software, APIs, and documentation (collectively, the "Service").
By clicking "Create Workspace," accessing the Service, or otherwise using any part of it, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Beezifi CRM is a multi-tenant, cloud-hosted customer relationship management platform. The Service provides organizations with isolated workspaces for managing contacts, companies, deals, leads, tasks, support tickets, pipelines, activities, and reporting.
Each workspace is provisioned with a dedicated database. No data is shared between workspaces. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with pricing as described on our pricing page.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
To use the Service, you must register and create a workspace. Each workspace has a unique identifier (slug) and at least one administrator account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.

Each workspace is intended for a single organization. Creating multiple workspaces to circumvent user limits or billing is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.

We reserve the right to investigate and take action, including immediate suspension, in response to any suspected violation of this section.
The Service is offered under the following subscription tiers: Starter ($20/month, up to 10 users), Growth ($50/month, up to 50 users), Business ($100/month, up to 200 users), and Enterprise (custom pricing). All tiers include full access to every feature — pricing reflects the number of users in your workspace.
Subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary of your plan activation date. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law or as stated in our refund policy.
If payment fails, we will retry the charge up to three times over seven days. If payment cannot be collected, your workspace may be suspended. Data is retained for 30 days after suspension before permanent deletion.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from Settings → Subscription. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle.
Prices listed do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for any sales, use, value-added, or similar taxes imposed by your jurisdiction.
New workspaces receive a 90-day free trial on the Starter plan. No credit card is required to begin the trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue accessing the Service.
During the trial:
If you do not subscribe at the end of the trial, your workspace will enter a read-only grace period of 14 days before being scheduled for deletion.
The Service, including all software, designs, trademarks, logos, and documentation, is owned by Beezifi Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of Beezifi's intellectual property to you.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Beezifi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during the subscription term.
You retain full ownership of all data and content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant Beezifi a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.
You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of all data you upload or store in your workspace. Beezifi acts as a data processor with respect to any personal data you enter, and you are the data controller.
We will not access your workspace data except:
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of critical data. While we operate reliable infrastructure, we do not guarantee against data loss and recommend regular CSV exports for business-critical records.
Each party agrees to keep confidential all non-public information received from the other party that is designated as confidential or that reasonably should be understood to be confidential. Beezifi will treat your workspace data as confidential information. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, during which you may export it. After 30 days, it is permanently deleted.
We may suspend or terminate your workspace immediately, without prior notice, if:
Upon termination for cause, we reserve the right to permanently delete your workspace data without the 30-day grace period.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Sections 7 (IP), 9 (Confidentiality), 11 (Disclaimer), 12 (Limitation of Liability), 13 (Indemnification), and 14 (Governing Law) survive termination.
You acknowledge that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific business requirements.
In no event shall Beezifi's total cumulative liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Beezifi Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) Your Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Beezifi Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Class action lawsuits and class-wide arbitration are waived to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' written notice to the workspace admin email on file. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use and cancel your subscription.
